Knowing what to do was never the problem. Doing it on a Wednesday in November is the problem.

Apps hand you a plan and leave. Your coaching team shows up where your week actually happens: the training block in your calendar, the check-in in your messages, the progress log you can read in thirty seconds.

Fitness is a lagging indicator of repeated habits. So we coach the habits and let the fitness follow. Months, not 30 days. That's the whole point.

Meet the coaching staff

Five coaches. One plan.

Each coach owns one domain. The head coach keeps it all in one piece so you never have to.

Head coach

Runs the show.

Works out where you're starting from, what you actually want, and which coach you need this week. Runs the weekly check-in and changes the plan before you quit, not after.

Strength / progressive overload

The boring kind that works.

Strength, cardio and mobility. Small increases, tracked properly, over months. Not a six-week shred.

Recovery & sleep

The part everyone skips.

Sleep, rest days, deloads. Then everyone wonders why nothing's moving. This coach makes sure you don't.

Nutrition

What to cook on a Tuesday.

Protein, hydration and meals you'll actually make. No cleanses, no resets, no 30-day anything.

Goals

Turns "get fit" into something you can measure.

Sorts your goals into health and skill, sets objectives with clear results, and drafts them for your approval. Nothing goes live until you say yes.

Yes, the coaches are AI

We're not hiding it.

It's how they stay cheap and awake at 5 a.m. Built by someone who's done the reps, around what learning science says actually sticks: practise, recall, repeat.

How it works

Done with you. Then it runs.

  1. 01

    Apply

Two minutes. What you want, how you train now, and which tools you use.

  2. 02

    I email you

Founding pricing, a few follow-up questions, and what we'll connect.

  3. 03

    We set it up together

Your coaching team, built with you, in your own accounts. You see exactly what each coach can access before anything is connected.

  4. 04

    Keep going

Weekly check-ins. The coaches notice when you drift and adjust. Optional human support later if you want it.

Works with the tools you already use

  • Calendar
  • Email
  • Messaging app
  • Notion or another tracker

Tell us what you use in the application. We'll confirm by email what we can connect.

The method

One micro-skill at a time.

A micro-skill is one thing, done right, that you can learn in a week and keep for life. Your plan is just the right ones, in the right order. The next one unlocks when this one sticks.

Strength teaches things like

  • Bracing before a lift.
  • Adding 2.5 kg without your ego getting involved.
  • Telling a deload week from a lazy week.

Recovery teaches things like

  • A fixed wake-up time, even on Sunday.
  • A wind-down that doesn't involve a screen.
  • Knowing the difference between sore and hurt.

Nutrition teaches things like

  • Protein-first plates.
  • A default breakfast you don't have to think about.
  • Eating out without blowing up the week.

Science first. Sources credited.

Why so small? Small skills get practised, recalled and repeated, which is what actually sticks. Big plans get abandoned by week three. The coaches lean on established research, and we credit it:

Founding members

A limited first group.

We test everything on ourselves first. Now we want a small group of people to test it with, and to tell us honestly what works.

You get

  • A one-time, done-with-you setup of your own AI coaching team.
  • Coaches that live in your tools and your accounts, not another app.
  • Optional human support later, if you want it.
  • A real say in what we build next.

We ask

  • Honest feedback: a short check-in at week 1 and week 4.

Founding pricing is shared by email after you apply.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What is Fit Psycho?

Fit Psycho sets you up with your own AI coaching team: a head coach plus coaches for strength and progressive overload, recovery and sleep, nutrition, and goals. They work inside the calendar, email, messaging app and tracker you already use. Founding members get a one-time, done-with-you setup.

Are the coaches AI?

Yes. We're not hiding it. It's how they stay cheap and awake at 5 a.m. They're built around one method: small skills, practised, recalled and repeated, with the science credited.

What does the setup involve?

You apply, I email you, and we set up your coaching team together in your own tools: calendar, email, a messaging app, and Notion or another tracker. Then the head coach runs a weekly check-in and adjusts the plan before you drift.

How much does it cost?

It's a one-time setup, with optional human support later. Founding pricing is shared by email after you apply. Applying is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Do I need Notion?

No. Notion works well for tracking progress, but tell us what you already use and we'll work with that where we can.

Is this medical advice?

No. The coaches give training, sleep and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. For pain, injury or a health condition, see a qualified professional.

Can organizations join?

Yes. Apply as an organization and tell us about your team. Organizations will also be able to show, verifiably, that their people have the skills once skill credentials launch.

Are skill credentials live?

Not yet. They're on the roadmap: a self-serve platform where you learn micro-skills, verify it's you, and claim credentials you own. It's built on Impierce's open-source UniCore. Join early access to hear first.

One obsession, pointed somewhere useful

Fit Psycho started with a guy who struggled with fitness, then went all in.

The obsession stuck. Now it's a coaching team, so you get the results of the obsession without having to catch it.
